General Information & Imprint Guidelines For The Original Motorcycle Coasters

IMAGE AREA: Maximum 2 7/8" diameter circle.

COPY RESTRICTIONS: NO SCREENS. Minimum strike/element/line size is 1/2 point. Reverses are not recommended.

YOUR IMAGE: Simple typesetting using our library of typestyles is included in the Plate Charge. We want the best possible image to print on your Motorcycle Coasters™. For single color imprinting, your black & white vector line art will be used as provided. Your provided file must be in .pdf and .eps formats, and sent to art@crownadv.com. For a FREE print ready, black and white, vector line art quote, please send your image file(s) to art@crownadv.com. For full color imprinting, your image will be used as provided. Preferred full color file formats are .pdf, .jpg, .png. Other digital files may result in additional art charges. Outsourced image enhancement is available at reasonable cost and additional lead time. Our preferred image enhancement vendor is HD Studio, a Wisconsin, USA, based vector art supplier. The quality of our printing can only be as good as the image you provide.

ELECTRONIC IMAGES: E-mail to art@crownadv.com. Please call to verify our receipt of file. All black & white vector line art must be saved at actual reproduction size not to exceed 2 7/8" diameter circle. All single color imprinted images must be vector line art and meet our copy restrictions. Proof and approval required on all images.

FILE EXTENSIONS & FILE FORMAT - LINE ART: Please send two art files: one as .pdf and one as .eps. Non-functional images will delay the processing of your order, and require an additional art charge.

FILE EXTENSIONS & FILE FORMAT - FULL COLOR ART: Please send two art files: one as .pdf and one as .jpg or other pixellated art file. Images to print must be at least 4" x 4", 150 dpi. Larger images are preferred; files may be Zip compressed if necessary. Non-functional images will delay the processing of your order, and require an additional art charge.

OUTSOURCED ART SERVICES: For a FREE print ready, black and white, vector line art quote, please send your image file(s) to art@crownadv.com. For artwork service, we recommend the following company which is familiar with our specifications: HD Studio, a Wisconsin, USA, based vector art supplier.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

PLATE CHARGE: $25.00. Includes simple typesetting from our library of type styles, plate charge and proof. Pre-payment guarantee required for proof. Exact repeat orders: No plate charge.

ORDER CANCELLATION CHARGE: Customer is responsible for all charges for work performed prior to cancellation.

PROOFS: The Proof we provide is a functional, black & white, vector art file(s) for your future use, anywhere on anything. One courtesy proof provided, 3-5 work days from receipt of functional image and complete order information, to include pre-payment guarantee. Production Lead Time begins day of approved proof return. Each additional proof or Proof Recovery: $15.00.

COPY CHANGE: At time of proof: $15.00; during production: $75.00.

SPEC SAMPLES: $125.00.

REGULAR MINIMUM QUANTITY: 125 Pieces.

LESS-THAN-MINIMUM QUANTITY: Absolute Minimum: 50 pieces at $1.65 each piece + $25.00 Plate Charge + $25.00 Run Charge + Shipping.

RUSH ORDERS: All rush orders require customer provided, black & white, vector line art that meets our imprint specifications. Shipping must be 3 Day Select, Second Day Air, or Overnight. No Rush Service available for full color imprinted orders.

INK COLOR CHANGE: $35.00.

PACKAGING: Standard pack: 9 sleeves of 30 each (270 per 12x12x8 box). Other boxing options may apply at our discretion. Special packaging is not available.

SHIPPING: Quantities up to 138 pieces, ship U.S.P.S. Priority Mail; 2 to 3 days in-transit, not guaranteed. Quantities greater than 138 pieces ship in cartons up to 270 pieces via FedEx Ground. For guaranteed delivery date of smaller shipments, you must specify FedEx shipping. No C.O.D. Approximately 7 lbs./100 pieces. Third party FedEx billing: add $15.00. Post-Production Shipping Labels: add $1.50/box.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: FedEx International Economy shipping only. Any shipping quote given prior to actual ship date is an estimate only. Customer/Recipient is responsible for ALL Customs, Duties, Tariffs, and Taxes. No Exceptions. Therefore, post-shipment charges may be applied to supplied credit card; advance notice will be given before execution. No C.O.D. Approximately 7 lbs./100 pieces.
